With her fantastic attention to detail ,Aneeka enjoys working with patients of all ages and is very good at tailoring treatment plans and rehab solutions to best suit the individual needs of every client. Being a great communicator and also very goal driven, Aneeka can help you achieve your goals- whether this is getting back onto a sporting field, back running or into the gym or lifting up your grandchild. 

During her time in the industry so far, she has continued her education and development in a number of injuries and conditions, as well as gained relevant experience in different areas through her full time clinical practice and extensive out of hours sports coverage. A basketballer herself and having represented SA and Australia in the past, Aneeka has utilised her own elite sporting background to drive her patient-centered care and has travelled as a physiotherapist with SA Metro State Basketball teams for the past 2 years.

Aneeka has a holistic approach to physiotherapy combining hands-on therapy, dry needling, clinical pilates and functional rehabilitation with the aim of not only recovering from your injury, but also getting the most out of your body.
