Good Physio (Glenelg) is looking for a friendly, motivated receptionist to join our friendly and supportive team in 2018. We are located in Glenelg, just off Jetty Road. Our clinic offers a high standard of care in physiotherapy and rehabilitation, acupuncture and remedial/sports massage.

As a Receptionist, your main focus will be ensuring that our valued patients receive a caring, professional and high quality customer experience every time they come into the clinic.

Main responsibilities include:

·       Scheduling appointments, responding to emails and online appointment requests

·       Greeting our patients and taking their payments using HICAPS 

·       Managing phone calls with a calm and thorough ettiquette

·       Maintaining a customer database 

·       Maintaining and ordering office/clinic supplies 

·       Banking and general admin tasks 

·       Maintaining the office environment 

·       Assisting the practitioners and practice manager


As we are extremely patient-focused, the successful candidate will be required to provide a consistently high level of service at all times, ensuring that patients always feel they have received exceptional customer service at our clinic.


Our future receptionist must be well-presented, organised and have the ability to multi-task and remain cool under pressure. The role will be best suited to someone with strong communication skills, a naturally warm and friendly manner and a ‘can-do’ attitude.


Reception and admin experience is preferable but all relevant customer service experience will be well regarded. The successful candidate must have strong computer skills including using email and other basic programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. He/she will also have excellent phone etiquette and be willing to learn and excel at all tasks, supporting our practitioners and complimenting the energetic and positive vibe of our team and our brand.
